Your address, or your own domain
The shop is served at an address you choose on this platform, and a domain you own can be pointed at it instead.
UPI and card payments through Razorpay
Shoppers pay in Razorpay’s own checkout, and each payment is verified against Razorpay’s signature before the order is recorded.
Pages search engines can read
Each shop renders its own pages on the server with its own title, description, social preview and structured data, and lists its products in its own sitemap.
Orders in the same place
Shop orders arrive in the same order list as every other channel, where they are shipped, invoiced and refunded like any other order.
Costs to know about
The shop is included in every plan. Razorpay charges its own fee on each payment, and a domain of your own is bought from a domain registrar.
Plans are priced per month in rupees: Free ₹0, Starter ₹999, Growth ₹2,999, Scale ₹9,999.

Do I need a separate website builder?
No. The shop is built from the products already in your workspace.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Point a domain you own at your shop and set it on the My Website screen.
Who processes payments?
Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered in Razorpay’s checkout and never pass through this platform.
