Built for Indian sellers, ready for global commerce.
Catalogue, stock, orders and GST invoices in one workspace, your own online store, and Shopify — all live today. Indian marketplace connections open as each marketplace approves them, and this page says exactly where each one stands.
The Free plan is ₹0 a month and no card is asked for to start. Marketplace, Shopify and payment fees are charged by those providers, not by us.
Live now
Everything in this section works today for any seller who signs up — no waiting list, no approval, nothing to install.
Product catalogue
Products, variants, categories, brands and collections are kept once and reused on every channel, so a price or a description is corrected in one place rather than in six seller panels. Products can be imported from a CSV file and exported back to one.
Inventory and warehouses
Stock is tracked per warehouse and per variant, so what a channel is told is available comes from the same count the packing table works from. Stock can be adjusted and transferred between warehouses, and every movement is recorded with its reason.
Orders, shipments, returns and invoices
Orders from connected marketplaces and from the seller’s own website arrive in one list that can be narrowed to a single channel. Shipments, returns, refunds and invoices are handled against the same order record.
Marketplace listings
A listing is the link between one product and one channel. The listings screen shows every product-and-channel pair and the state it is in, filtered by channel.
Image studio
Catalogue photography and short video are produced in the console from a seller’s own product photographs, in the sizes marketplaces ask for, with templates for marketplace and social formats.
Customers and analytics
Customer records, notifications and sales and order figures for the workspace, drawn from the same records the rest of the console uses rather than from a separate reporting copy.
Your own online store
Open a shop built from the catalogue you already keep, at an address you choose or on your own domain, taking UPI and card payments through Razorpay. How the online store works.
Shopify
Connect a Shopify store on Shopify’s own install page — no API keys to copy. Its orders arrive in the same list and its stock and prices are sent from one catalogue. Shopify in detail.
Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and AJIO — where each one stands
A marketplace is shown as connectable only when it is. ecommercesarthi never asks for a marketplace password, an API key or a seller ID, and nothing reads as connected until the marketplace answers a real call.

Get marketplace access
Tell us which marketplaces you sell on. We will email you when each one can be connected — we cannot promise a date, because each marketplace decides when it approves a platform.
Your own online store, included
Every workspace on this platform can publish its own online shop. The shop is served from this platform at an address of the seller’s choosing — a label such as /s/your-shop-name, and a subdomain where DNS for it exists — and a seller may point their own domain at it instead. Each shop renders its own pages on the server, with its own title, description, canonical URL, social preview tags and structured data, so a search engine or a language model reading a seller’s shop sees that seller’s catalogue and nothing from any other seller on the platform.
How it works
- Create your workspace. Register with an email address. The workspace starts set up for India: prices in rupees, Indian states for GST, Indian time.
- Add your products once. Type them in or import a CSV file. Each size and colour is a variant of one product, with its own stock.
- Open your store or connect Shopify. Publish your shop at an address you choose, or approve the Shopify app on Shopify’s own page.
- Sell, ship and invoice. Orders arrive in one list. Record the shipment, issue the GST invoice and handle a return from the order itself.
There is no recorded demo and no sample dashboard on this site. The quickest way to see the product is the Free plan, which costs nothing and asks for no card.
Pricing in rupees
There are four plans, priced per month in rupees: Free ₹0, Starter ₹999, Growth ₹2,999, Scale ₹9,999. A new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with the Starter plan’s limits and moves to the Free plan when the trial ends unless a plan is chosen.
ecommercesarthi plans cover ecommercesarthi only. Marketplace commissions and fees, Shopify’s own subscription, Razorpay’s payment charges and courier charges are billed by those providers and are not included in any plan. Compare the plans.
How the service is built
HTTPS everywhere
Every page and every API call is served over HTTPS. The site sends an HTTP Strict Transport Security header valid for two years that covers its subdomains, so a browser that has visited once will not make a plain HTTP request to it again.
Seller data isolated at the database level
Every business record belongs to one workspace, and every read and write names the workspace it acts for. The database enforces the same boundary with row-level security: a query for another seller’s product, order, channel or image returns nothing, and a write into another seller’s workspace is refused by the database itself.
Three ways to sign in
A seller signs in with an email address and password, with a one-time code sent to that email address, or with a Google account. Sessions are held in HTTP-only cookies and can be reviewed and revoked from the Account security screen.
Payments through Razorpay
Subscription payments and storefront checkouts are processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered in Razorpay’s own checkout and never pass through this platform; each payment is verified against Razorpay’s signature before it is recorded.
Product media on Cloudinary
Product photographs and studio images are stored and delivered through Cloudinary, as the privacy policy states.

Questions sellers ask
- What is ecommercesarthi?
- ecommercesarthi is seller software for clothing businesses in India, at ecommercesarthi.com. One workspace holds the catalogue, stock, orders and customers, connects to the marketplaces the seller already sells on, and hosts an online shop for them.
- Which marketplaces are actually connected today?
- A channel shows as connected only after a real, successful call to that marketplace. Shopify connects today, on Shopify’s own install page. Amazon India and Flipkart connect on their own sign-in and approval pages once each approves this platform’s seller application; until then they read Pending approval and offer Notify me instead of a Connect button. Myntra, Meesho and AJIO offer no seller approval page to any platform, so they cannot be connected here yet and have a waitlist. Shopsy is managed through Flipkart, which publishes no separate Shopsy API. The console shows the exact status of each channel.
- Which sales channels can I manage from it?
- Today, Shopify and the seller’s own website, which is hosted on this platform. Amazon India and Flipkart are listed as pending each marketplace’s approval of this platform, and Myntra, Meesho, AJIO and Shopsy with their status and a waitlist. A channel shows a Connect button only when pressing it can connect it, and the platform chooses how.
- How do I connect a marketplace account?
- From the Marketplaces screen, with the Connect button on that channel. It opens the marketplace’s own sign-in and approval page; you approve there and come straight back, and the account is checked before it shows as connected. You never type an API key, an application ID or a seller ID, and never the password to a marketplace’s seller panel.
- Do I get my own website?
- Yes. Each workspace can publish a shop with its own address, its own catalogue and its own product pages. A shop stays unpublished until the seller opens it for business, and an unpublished shop is not served to visitors or to search engines.
