Marketplace onboarding questions
Why can’t I connect Amazon India or Flipkart today?
Both integrations are prepared. Amazon and Flipkart each approve a software platform before its sellers can authorise it, and that approval has not been granted yet. When it is, Connect opens the marketplace’s own approval page and nothing else is asked of you.
Will I have to type an API key or a seller ID?
No. Sellers never type an application ID, a secret, a seller ID or an API key here. You approve the connection on the marketplace’s own page, under your own login.
What about Myntra, Meesho and AJIO?
None of the three offers software platforms a way for sellers to authorise them yet. A connection needs partner onboarding with each marketplace first, so none of them can be connected here today, by any route. Join the waitlist to hear when that changes.
Is Shopsy a separate connection?
No. Shopsy is managed through the Flipkart Seller Hub connection; Flipkart publishes no separate Shopsy API.
When will they open?
We cannot promise a date: each marketplace decides when it approves a platform. Join the waitlist and you will be emailed when a marketplace you chose can be connected.
What can I use while I wait?
Everything else: catalogue, stock, orders, GST invoices, your own online store and Shopify all work today.
